The social facilities located in the heart of Pagora are enriched with activities such as an ornamental pool, children’s playgrounds, mini basketball courts and sports areas.

Pagora, which was brought to life in Ömerli with the vision of “Quality Life and Strong Neighborhood Bonds”, aims to offer not only housing but also meaningful social areas.
The central garden, which reinforces the sense of belonging, revives traditional neighborhood relations.
Site Layout and Transportation
The site entrance and exit are planned on Kadirova Street, and the vehicle traffic is arranged around the site.
Protecting the green areas and keeping vehicles away from the living areas provides security and peace within the site, while there is also sufficient space for guest parking lots. Running and cycling tracks offer a life intertwined with nature.
Rich Social Facilities and Activity Areas
There are many functional areas in the social facilities such as a cafe, kitchen, management office and fitness center.
In addition to the 8×18 m pools for adults and 4×6 m for children, it is equipped with sun terraces, shower areas and changing rooms. The sitting areas around the pool, children’s playgrounds and social areas for families offer a pleasant time.
Green Criteria Considered in the Design and Production of Pagora
Green Area; Planted landscape areas in the project area, more than 35% of the land area is arranged as green area. The amount of water going from rainwater to the network has been reduced by increasing green areas and using permeable coating materials on hard grounds.
Bicycle Parking Areas; In Pagora, bicycle parking areas have been allocated in common areas for site users.
Rainwater Harvesting
The world’s increasing need for water makes the conscious use of natural resources even more important.
In our project, storing rainwater as a sustainable solution for the future and using it in line with needs inspires us on our path with the principle of environmental friendliness.

It brings together individual living spaces and social areas that support strong neighborhood ties with duplex detached villa options.
Soil Improvement and Safe Foundations
In Pagora, structures are built with the awareness that solidity starts from the foundation. In addition to our Type A and Type B villas, modern ground improvement techniques have been applied in the social facility, pool and storage areas.
With Jet Grout Application, the ground’s durability has been increased and the foundations have been placed safely:
– 60 cm diameter, 12 m deep application
– 150-150 cm tile intervals
These improvement processes provide our structures with both a solid ground and
a long life.
